HOMEBUYER EDUCATION AND COUNSELING:
Owning a home is a major financial responsibility. MBOH encourages prospective homebuyers to take homebuyer education before beginning the process of qualifying for a loan or searching for a home. Many MBOH programs require homebuyer education.
