The following steps will lead you through the process of technical assistance for a Single Individual, Developer, Landlord, Development Agency, or a For-Profit or a Non-Profit Corporation to Initiate a Housing Project. Contact the Housing Coordinating Team's Technical Assistance Committee at any time for assistance to keep moving towards your goal. Email housingTA@mt.gov
