The Housing Division provides resources to local governments and nonprofit organizations to build or repair affordable housing for Montanans.
Resources can most easily be indentified by the type of activitity:
If a non-profit intends on applying for or accessing HOME Investment Partnership funding they will need to be eligible for and apply to be a CHDO (Community Housing Development Organization). Click here for more information:
